Sacred Practices: Integration & Inspiration

An integration circle for ceremony and what happens in between—life!

Integration is a key component of healthy engagement with entheogens, but there's so much more to integrate in addition to ceremony: a dream, an experience, a teaching, an understanding, a lesson, a mytho-poetic unfolding, an ah-ha moment, a desire for change…we're always integrating something, come do it with community and skilled life coaches! 

In this bi-monthly session, we'll talk about what integration is and come to a clearer understanding of what this powerful word means in our lives. We will also process: patterns noticed, victories won, challenges met, and how we want to move forward into the weeks to come. Together we'll find inspiring practices and loving accountability to move along the spiral path of awakening together. 

The "path of awakening" is about immersing yourself in mystical consciousness over and over again until it becomes your way of living. We can't live on the mountain top of the sacrament-induced mystical experience every day, so that's why we engage in sacred practices. In making your life sacred, you retrain your nervous system to see through a lens of love and possibility instead of fear and constriction.

Ceremony integration is welcomed, but so is everything else!
